The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Development Lead to spearhead the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role involves leading a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring that all implementations adhere to Salesforce best practices and technical standards. As a key contributor, you will work on designing data models, creating custom objects, implementing security protocols, and integrating third-party tools to meet complex business needs.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, fostering collaboration and promoting continuous learning.
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
  • Design and implement custom objects, data models, and security protocols in collaboration with development teams.
  • Oversee the development of test classes, triggers, batch classes, and automation processes.
  • Manage integrations, including inbound/outbound data synchronization using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
  • Build custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce features such as Process Automation, Security settings, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Support business integrations with third-party tools and maintain Salesforce Mobile App functionalities.
  • Work on agile-based implementations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented programming concepts and Salesforce Apex development.
  • Proficiency in the Lightning framework (LWC and Aura).
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Salesforce web services (SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs) and external integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Process Automation, Security configuration, and Data Model creation.
  • Knowledge of writing test classes, creating triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processing (e.g., future methods).
  • Ability to create meaningful Reports and Dashboards.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with AppExchange products, such as Conga or other reporting tools.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce App Builder and Platform Developer are highly desirable.
