Requirements and responsibilities

What you'll do:

Gathering & organizing , creating & maintaining prioritised backlog for the Hadoop decomm program.
Collaborate with stakeholders - Hadoop Users, Architects, Developers, Product owners, Data stewards - to create the JIRA stories
Analyze the consumption off of Hadoop & data pipelines feeding the consumption layer & fine-tune the backlog for Hadoop decomm accordingly
Analyse the interdependencies across data programs, timing & its impact on Hadoop decomm requirements
Liaison between business & IT teams
Highlight risks & come up with response plans

Key skillsets

Experience with large scale data programs
Experience with Hadoop decommissioning programs
Data migration approaches
Excellent communication & articulation skills
experience interfacing with senior stakeholders

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of defining and launching successful large scale data programs.
Strong understanding of data migrations approaches
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on influencing and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
