Job Description:
We are seeking a Community Manager with Minimum 1-4 years of experience to manage and grow our online and offline communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging environment across our social media platforms, forums, and other community spaces, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, and alumni. You will play a crucial role in organizing events, anchoring sessions, and cultivating connections within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Content Development: Create engaging and informative videos for our YouTube channel, Research and develop content ideas that cater to our target audience, Script and record high-quality videos, Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize video reach and engagement
- Develop and Execute Engagement Strategies: Create and implement community engagement strategies that increase participation and interaction across online and offline channels
- Event Organization: Plan, coordinate, and host community events, both online and offline, to strengthen community ties. This includes webinars, live chats, meetups, and larger events.
- Anchoring Events: Act as the anchor or host for community events, ensuring smooth execution and a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
- Client, Customer, and Alumni Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and alumni, ensuring their continued engagement with the community and brand.
- Social Media and Community Monitoring: Manage and monitor social media platforms, forums, and other community channels, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Content Creation and Curation: Create and curate engaging content that resonates with the community, fostering discussions and interaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community efforts with broader company goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze community performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of community initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Industry Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in community management to continually enhance the community experience.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in anchoring , hosting, journalism, community management, social media management, or a related role.
- Event Planning Experience: Proven experience in organizing and hosting both online and offline events.
- Anchoring Skills: Comfortable with public speaking and anchoring events, creating an engaging and inclusive atmosphere.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups, including clients, customers, and alumni.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for building and nurturing communities and a deep understanding of community dynamics.
