Switchboard Senior Engineer

Nethermind, a leading blockchain development company, is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Engineer to lead research and development efforts in the areas of preconfirmations and block-building.

Skills

Deep expertise in Rust or Go programming languages.
Strong understanding of Ethereum, MEV, and block-building.
Proven experience in advanced cryptography.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Passion for the Ethereum ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead research and development efforts in the areas of preconfirmations and block-building.
Design and architect innovative solutions around MEV and improve the Ethereum block-building pipeline.
Collaborate with researchers to integrate advanced cryptographic techniques and MEV strategies.
Implement and test production-ready code for the MEV space.
Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for MEV initiatives.
Engage with Ethereum and MEV communities to drive adoption.
