Senior Customer Success Manager

Netradyne is a leader in fleet safety solutions, leveraging technology for transportation. They seek a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships and ensure maximum ROI.

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship-building abilities
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of commercial vehicle telematics

Responsibilities

Lead the deployment and optimization of the platform
Conduct Executive Business Reviews to identify customer opportunities
Consult with clients on change management and workflows
Establish a consistent cadence of customer touchpoints
Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Train and mentor other Customer Success Managers

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
