KI, a world-class manufacturer of furniture solutions, is looking for a Network Administrator to join our Information Technology team at our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI.
The Network Administrator will assist in the administration and support of KI’s network infrastructure to provide a technically sound, secure, and available network and systems to both our internal and external customers. This individual will successfully monitor and support network systems, servers, and applications and provide tier II and III level support for the help desk. Specific responsibilities include troubleshooting basic server and network issues, project planning, research, and testing, as well as administrative tasks.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office/Project/Visio
- Practical experience with MacOS, Windows OS, Windows Server OS, Exchange Server, SQL Server
- Practical experience with Active Directory users and groups, Exchange administration, Office 365 administration, SCCM and WSUS administration, VMware Workstation, Batch Scripting
- Practical experience with Enterprise desktop security suites
- Practical experience with Enterprise backup software
- Practical experience with Enterprise mobile device management suites, iPhones & iPads
- Practical experience with Aruba/HP/Cisco switches
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree or 2-year technical degree, along with 2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification is desired.
