Response Services Coordinator- Part time

NeuroFlow, a pioneering company in behavioral health solutions, seeks a part-time Response Services Coordinator to support patients needing mental health assistance through effective outreach.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily outreach via phone, email, and text to patients seeking mental health support.
Establish rapport with individuals and provide brief support using empathy and active listening.
Utilize screening tools and safety planning to assess and respond to risk levels in individuals.
Maintain a database of mental health resources and referrals.
Assist in developing digital health content for patient engagement.
Document all patient communications and services provided in a timely manner.
Coordinate with staff, customers, and emergency services to ensure patient safety.
Track data and outcomes for service quality improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
