Job Summary
The New Business II works within the New Business department, which is responsible for accurately processing new business of multiple product lines from the point of application entry, until the policy goes in force, excluding underwriting. This includes analyzing multiple forms, processing and applying premium payments, setting up billing, and creating external correspondence. All must be done in accordance with state and regulatory guidance. This role partners with Case Management to deliver a customer focused approach to the prioritizing and processing of new business to meet specific service level targets.

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
