Our company is looking for a Hubspot Revenue Operations Manager with proficient experience to add to our nationwide team. New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. As a member of our marketing team, you have the opportunity to support our corporate office and our new home builder partners to sell more homes more profitably. Our Corporate Support Office is located in the heart of downtown Elmhurst and is not your typical “corporate” setting. This role is fully remote, with access to our Chicago office hub.

Pay Structure & Benefits

  • $80,000 annual salary + bonus
  • Paid time off- vacation time, paid sick and safe time(PSST), and paid company holidays.
  • In addition, you will be eligible for birthday time off, an extended holiday break, and a summer hours program.

Requirements

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!

  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Ambitious and a self-starter.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Hubspot revenue operations is required. 
  • Proven experience as a Hubspot power user with a deep understanding of CRM functionalities and marketing automation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving results.
  • Hubspot certifications (e.g., Hubspot Marketing Software Certification, Hubspot Sales Software Certification) are a plus.
  • PMP or CAPM Certifications are a plus.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities across business and technology.
  • Have skills in project management methods and consultant techniques and approaches.
  • Have experience defining programs, writing detailed functional documentation and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs.
  • Background checks required.
  • Ability to work in Central Time.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the marketing and sales operations team to define timelines and strategy requirements and lead operational projects through design, delivery, management and support. You will be responsible for delivering all of this to a portfolio of key clients. This position involves regular communication with internal teams and clients on roadmaps, progress, risks and change control. Technical design skills, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. You will provide project leadership, mitigate project risks, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. This role requires a strong understanding of Hubspot functionalities, marketing strategies, and revenue optimization techniques.

  • Ensure customer success and be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.
  • Be the liaison between Products and Customer Success team to coordinate project deliverables.
  • Lead team of Salesforce Administrators and HubSpot experts through a variety of CRM and marketing automation projects ranging from implementations to migrations and integrations.
  • Manage work pipeline within and across multiple concurrent clients to optimize usage of internal resources and work around bandwidth constraints.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership to coordinate project schedules and maintain work progress and with clients.
  • Analyze and document current and future-state workflow processes and system configuration, and recommend strategies for optimal integration of systems.
  • Plan and organize complex work for self and others, and direct and assist others to meet quality and timeline targets and budget.
  • Translate technical subject matter into concise, clear communications understood by non-technical leaders and clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction across a portfolio of B2B technology companies.
  • Always be solving for the customer.
