Remote Customer Service Rep (Work From Home)

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication between our clients and various departments within the company, helping each client navigate their construction projects with ease. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, from answering questions about our services to resolving any issues that may arise throughout the construction process. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be corresponding with clients via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about our construction services, pricing, and project timelines to clients.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Coordinate communication between clients and the relevant departments within NEWCO CONSTRUCTION.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback on our services.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and site visits for clients as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems; familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all customer requests are handled accurately.
