Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has openings for Associate Engineer Tool Design within the Tool Engineering organization. The position will be located in Moss Point, MS
The Associate Engineer Tool Design will be a part of the Tool Design Team and will support tooling needs for businesses, production, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will have leadership abilities to work with internal and external customers and colleagues to ensure that the design meets the customer needs and see it through each phase of the engineering process (Design, Fabrication, and Implementation). The candidate selected will need to be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal direct supervision, be adaptable to processes and company policy while providing input or methods of process/design innovation. Salary Range: $58,200.00 - $87,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
