Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics System sector is hiring a Mission Assurance Program Director 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the Strike Division. The Mission Assurance Program Director has responsibility for quality requirements across the Strike program portfolio by providing leadership and management to assigned personnel. This leadership opportunity will be located in Palmdale, CA.
In this role, you will be serving as Mission Assurance Program Director responsible for all Quality related activities across a majority of the product life cycle. You will be responsible for the oversight of Mission Assurance employees and program operations at multiple CONUS sites.
This position requires managing and leading key program meetings including the Preventive Corrective Action Board (PCAB), management reviews, and customer reviews. The MA Program Director will regularly interface with internal and external customers regarding requirements and will manage stakeholder expectations. The candidate will develop controls that build confidence for process execution.
The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare and present to the customer and the Strike leadership team. This role also requires a candidate that can be strategic, think outside of the box, and be successful in a very demanding and challenging environment.

Salary Range: $197,600.00 - $296,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
