The Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division within Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems sector is seeking a Finance Manager 3. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program. The Finance Manager will partner with the Business Unit to achieve the Division’s financial and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in leading a diverse team, as well as the ability to promote the professional development of the business management workforce, fostering a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around ethics and integrity, employee engagement, affordability, innovation, value growth and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will maintain the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with the finance and business management teams to develop strategies to improve financial performance based on metrics.
Support internal and external audit and maintain artifacts.
Coordinate content for Program, Division and Sector reviews.
Interface with business unit and sector personnel.
Support initiatives and ad hoc requests from Division, Sector, and Corporate leadership.
Provide direct management for a team of Finance analysts.
Mentor junior Finance analysts and develop professional analysts/managers.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Salary Range: $133,400.00 - $200,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
