Comfortside LLC is seeking motivated in-house National Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Miami area. About Comfortside, LLC: Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Comfortside LLC is the exclusive master distributor of Cooper&Hunter in the USA and Canada. For more than 20 years, Cooper&Hunter has offered a full range of air conditioning products to HVAC distributors in more than 30 countries. The number of products yielded under the brand C&H (Cooper&Hunter) is measured in millions as the “C&H” logo itself has become a mark of the quality and reliability of HVAC equipment. The company’s goal has always been to supply customers with high-quality air conditioners at an affordable price. More information about Cooper&Hunter can be found on their corporate website: www.cooperandhunter.usWhat the Sales Representative position includes:- Market research: researching HVAC Wholesale Market across US for leads generation and initial screening- Sales leads generation and established accounts management: driving sales growth by reaching out to prospects/customers proactively (phone, email, in person), developing relationships, and converting prospects into customers- Training and Enablement: Providing training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell the company's offerings.- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to foster cooperation and collaboration in achieving sales goals.- Tracking prospects/customer conversations, schedules, and tasks in a sharable format- Sales Support: Providing support to channel partners in terms of marketing materials, product information, and sales collateral.- Keeping up-to-speed with the latest technology in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning field.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:- Professional in both attitude and appearance- Great interpersonal communication skills- Goal-oriented and results-driven- Positive outlook and can-do attitude- Tech-savvy, a self-learner, and a naturally curious personQualifications:- Associate’s Degree (or higher)- 3 or more years of Wholesale/B2B Sales Experience (Strongly preferred)- Previous experience in HVAC (preferred, but not required)- Great communicator: comfortably (or easily) communicating over the phone, in person, and via email (good written English).- Good presentation skills and ability to train others.- English, Spanish is a plus- Authorization to work within the U.S.- Willingness to travel if necessaryKnowledge of the HVAC industry or related industries like Plumbing, Electrical, or Industrial will be advantageous.Working location and schedule:Work from the office in Doral Mon-Fri (09.00 am – 05.00 pm)This person will report directly to the Sales Director
