QCT Analyst

As a Quality Control Tower Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of field data collection activities. This includes validating quality alerts, resolving any alerts and exceptions, and providing valuable quality insights to the Field team. In this role, you will support the overall data collection process to achieve high standards of data quality. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Validate Quality Control Tower (QCT) alerts promptly.
• Monitor and track QCT alert combinations.
• Review trends in QCT alerts and validate quality by auditors and stores.
• Interpret information from multiple sources, including QCT alerts, reports, and LHHT validations.
• Utilize map services, review alerts, engage in online chats, and review dashboards to guide field teams in improving data collection.
• Report quality insights as per defined frequency.
• Perform real-time validation actions with the Field team.
• Proactively identify market and store trends.
• Provide data-driven action points to the Field team on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with critical quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Field team to plan and resolve actions for KPI improvement.
• Communicate effectively in both virtual and face-to-face interactions and meetings.
• Follow up on field visit queries, aligning with the Field team and reporting.
• Identify training needs for continuous process improvement.
• Offer assistance to team members positively, displaying leadership and teamwork to create solutions for data acquisition challenges.
• Build engagement and motivation within the Field team.
• Proactively find root causes and solutions for daily operational or client issues (e.g., CI, Hot Spots).
• Provide timely coaching to associates for better performance (Senior QCT Analyst).
• Contribute inputs to upgrade the system and make recommendations for better quality alerts.
   

Qualifications: 

• College degree 
• Proficiency in English and Polish is a must
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Field Audit Methodology, CDAR tools, and processes (highly preferred)
• Effective communication with a troubleshooting approach including probing and listening, anticipating and providing solutions
• Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enables effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
• Ability to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunity
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office)
