We are embarking on an HR system implementation across Nine. We are looking for a Senior Workday Developer / Integrations Specialist to work closely within our Technology team to deliver a series of initiatives that will be critical to set this program up for success. This is for a six month contract with the potential of extending the role to support the design, development and deployment of the system.
Day to day you will:
To succeed in this role you will have proven experience in working on system design and implementation projects in large, complex organisations. It is essential that you are a driven individual with a desire to deliver exceptional business outcomes. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have excellent communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills. You will be flexible in your approach to work and adaptable to the different working styles of different parts of the Business.
