We are looking for a TL DevOps who has a good understanding of general devOps, including code deployment processes in a multi environment development, and cloud migrations. You must be detail oriented and have experience managing offshore engineers, tracking progress, removing blockers, using Jira as well as runbooks. 


As a TL DevOps your main responsibilities will be:

• Integrate observability best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle using AWS, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, CircleCI, ArgoCD

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for real-time monitoring and proactive system management

• Use advanced performance monitoring tools to swiftly identify and resolve system issues, maintaining SLAs

• Bridge gaps between development, operations, and business units, advocating for observability best practices and training team members

• Continuously innovate and improve observability with new tools and practices within the AWS ecosystem

• Document observability practices thoroughly, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

• Proficiency with AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana

• Track record of proactively identifying and resolving issues using observability data, improving system reliability


To be successful at this role, we expect you to have the following experience and skills:

• You must reside in Latam

• Advanced English skills 

• Jenkins administration and management (server/agent level)

• CI/CD processes, change and release management, release engineering with PowerShell, Bash, or Python

• Additional CI/CD tools (CircleCI, Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions)

• Git knowledge (branching, merging, conflict resolution)

• Server administration (patching, updating, deploying servers and server farms)

• Deploying .NET Framework and .NET Core applications, IIS administration

• ServiceNow workflows and approval processes or other ITSM platforms

• Application configuration management (application settings, YAML files)

• AWS (Lambda, CloudFormation, Terraform)

• Containerization with Docker, container orchestration with EKS

• General Kubernetes knowledge, Istio Service Mesh, and Helm charts

• ALM tools (Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace)
