The Opportunity
Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) represents a new generation of Adobe innovation aimed to help enterprises manage petabytes of data; and deploy this data towards creating exceptional customer experiences for use cases ranging from customer acquisition to engagement to loyalty and beyond. Adobe’s innovation has placed RT-CDP as the leader in the Customer Data Platform market, which is projected to grow at double digit CAGR through 2030.
Unified Profile Service is at the heart of the Real-time Customer Data Platform. This service helps enterprises struggling with mountains of data to combine multiple data sources to create unified 360 profiles. This enables delivery of delightful, real-time, cross-channel customer experiences. We are building state-of-the-art data management, resolution, querying and segmentation capabilities to deliver these experiences across a wide variety of inbound and outbound channels.
Adobe is looking for an exceptionally talented and self-directed Senior Product Manager to own, ideate, define, manage, and launch several mission critical services in this area. It is a highly cross-functional role, and the possibilities are endless for making a massive impact.
What You’ll Do
• Independently envision, define, own and drive critical areas for the product to build a world class product offering
• Drive prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities across various workflows
• API first mindset - identify & own technical, non-functional requirements to build APIs as well as delightful user experiences
• Provide a strong customer perspective in engineering and architecture discussions
• Work with the product marketing and go-to-market organizations to help drive market success
• Help the business scale to serve thousands of customers
Formula for Success
• BS or MS degree in CS, EE or equivalent technical field, MBA preferred
• 6+ years of product management experience preferably with previous engineering experience
• Deep expertise in building platforms, data management & segmentation systems, and/or digital marketing software
• Experience with defining and managing APIs and be able to understand system & data architecture
• An understanding that when building platforms, the “how” is as important as the “what”
• Knowledge of cloud big data platforms, ML platforms and data science preferred
• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation applications such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze or analytics platforms such as Amplitude preferred
• Strong data-driven analytical skills to back up assumptions and recommendations and to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Self-driven with the ability to execute with minimal guidance; think strategically and execute tactically; attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
