Job Title: UX/UI Designer (WPS)Reports to: VP of Product ManagementFLSA: ExemptEEO: (HR USE) ProfessionalsManages others: NoLocation: RemoteDepartment: 400- DesignGeneral Job Description:As a UI-UX Designer, you will report to the VP of Product Management and use your skills to deliver exceptionally designed and easy to use products. You will work closely with product managers to ensure designs meet product requirements and with developers to ensure ideas can be brought to life. You will be an “end-to-end” designer with architecture, prototyping, and visual design skills. You will play a very important role in our product development process.Essential Responsibilities:Ability to develop digital products for front-end development (web, mobile app, enterprise software), wireframes, low and high-fidelity mock-ups, or click through prototypes, that implement visual design principles, best practices, user-centered design principles, and Ui/UX processes.Work closely with senior UX/UI designers and product managers to understand project requirements and user needs.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the final products.Design and deliver web and mobile interfaces based on best practices.Deliver specifications that comply with existing design and brand guidelines.Articulate the rationale for your design decisions to other designers and business stakeholders.Partner with engineers to understand limitations on design options.Create UI concepts for the user experiences within web, mobile and enterprise software products, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers.Manage multiple projects at one time, switching focus between projects as required to manage priorities.Contribute to a design system consisting of components and UI patterns.Position Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities):Bachelor’s degree in design (UI/UX), Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or Computer Science or related field.At least 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.Proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.5+ years of experience applying best practices for Ui/UX, usability, and technical implementation with usability.Physical Requirements:(The physical demands described here are representative of those requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
