We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join NORIT on a temporary contract basis (~1 year 8 months).
HR Operations includes several critical disciplines that support organization: data management and reporting, compliance, centralized services.
In this role, you will get an opportunity to establish practices connected to these disciplines from scratch or advance those that were initiated just recently. This opportunity is a great fit for an individual who enjoys creating structured ways of working starting in an environment that does not yet have standardized processes. The ideal candidate will be the one who has an analytical and data driven approach, while being able to communicate effectively, liaise and form solutions with stakeholders across the organization.

We’re on the lookout for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves to construct organized workflows from the ground up. Your role will be pivotal in shaping practices surrounding data management, compliance, and our centralized HR services on a temporary contract basis of approximately one year and eight months. At NORIT, you’ll manage employee records within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and generating insightful reports to drive decisions. Your analytical skills will be key as you evaluate HR data and work closely with our stakeholders to enhance compliance practices and HR operations in line with local labor laws. You’ll also oversee various centralized HR services, including leave administration and payroll management for several locations. Are you passionate about leading special projects related to HR process mapping and creating documentation? This is your chance to shine! Building relationships is crucial here, so your strong communication skills will help you liaise effectively with international colleagues. With a university degree in Business, Analytics, or HR, along with at least three years of relevant experience, you’ll be well-equipped to navigate the unstructured landscape of NORIT and contribute to our mission of being the premier choice for activated carbon solutions globally.
