Graphic DesignerPayProTec- Remote USAJob Summary:The focus of the Graphic Designer is to create graphic properties based on best practice and usability. This position is responsible for creating engaging, visually appealing, intuitive, and interactive graphic designs. Graphic design projects will include banners, landing pages and forms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a competitive and high-energy environment.What you'll be doing:• Ability to work on multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.• Ability to produce page layouts, graphic mockups, and color selections deliverables.• Ability to provide guidance to define and develop content to support user online interactions.• Perform user testing to validate interface designs, navigation and overall usability with stakeholders and end-users.• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall quality of the site design.• Create site design guidelines to support site evolution and redesign.• Demonstrated knowledge of how to apply graphical concepts to a layout in a web environment.• Resource analytics / track & report the number of views on graphic designs and content• Resource management / manage and propose improvements in current content database.What we need from you:• College experience preferred but not required.• Completed marketing courses at a college level, preferably with a focus on graphic design.• Comfortable with multiple technology interfaces• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite• Good Understanding of Web 2.0 Standards• Strong hands-on front-end coding in HTML5 and CSS3• Experience with jQuery or similar JavaScript framework a plus• Experience of developing Custom Content Management System websites with Drupal, Wordpress and Joomla• Knowledge of web browser compatibility issues and workarounds both in Web & Mobile Environment• Excellent copy-writing skills• Strong computer skills; graphic design software applications• Strong interpersonal skills• Exceptional verbal skills, both written and oral• Ability to work in a high-energy, team atmosphere.Hourly Range: $16.00- $21.63Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
