Client Experience Associate

Opportunity to join a growing financial planning firm under the Northwestern Mutual umbrella. We specialize in financial planning for women and are excited to hire a Client Experience Associate to help further our mission of closing the wealth gap for women across the US.

Duties:

• Communicate with clients and provide excellent client experiences
• Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Guide clients through insurance underwriting process (training will be provided)
• Investment operations - open accounts, initiate trade orders (training will be provided)
• Schedule clients for annual meetings and other calls
• File documents received from clients and send clients deliverables after meetings
• CRM data input

For now, this will be a part time role at 15 hours a week. There is an opportunity for hours to increase throughout 2024, after demonstrated success in the role. Client facing experience would be a plus, but experience in the financial services industry is not necessary. LAH license also a plus, but not required.
