The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, conducting interviews, and effective communication with candidates. This position will be ideal for someone with ties in the Miami community, has a flexible schedule that can attend networking events during and after business hours, computer savvy, organized, and enjoys working in an office environment.Qualifications• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills• Hiring and Interviewing skills• Effective Communication skills• Experience in talent acquisition or human resources• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred but not required)Salary $50,000 to $60,000 per year plus bonusBenefits after 90 days: Health, Vision, Dental
