Notion is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Lead to serve as a senior partner and advisor on the Business Operations team, focused on go-to-market and foundational functions.
Skills
- 10+ years of strategy experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in SQL
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to define and implement strategy across Notion products
- Lead projects to address challenging strategic and operational questions impacting the business
- Manage key drivers of business performance and identify areas of opportunity
