Location: Onsite - Millburn, NJ

The Data Steward is responsible for maintaining the quality, integrity, and accuracy of the data through audits and Master Data changes. They will collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams across the site / network to manage data change requests, solve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement activities around Master Data.
This role supports the implementation of Key Process Indicators through the development of robust processes and metrics and is influential in adapting these principles throughout the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of data creation, maintenance, and data design for applicable systems such as creation of bills of material, recipes, and system management parameters.
- Creation, maintenance, and ownership of data related procedures and training materials.
- Performing impact assessments for local & global changes while ensuring global data consistency and conformance to SOP’s.
- Identifying and participating in or leading process improvement initiatives.
- Creation and maintenance of reports, tracking both data accuracy and completeness.
- Strong systems knowledge to accurately obtain data, formulate cost savings opportunities and reduce redundancies, as applicable.
- Troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
- Identification and addressing of risks and vulnerabilities related to data security and compliance.
- Participate in global initiatives related to master data management and sharing of best practices.

- This role is Monday-Friday, 1st shift on-site at our Millburn, NJ location.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, computer science or management information, plus 2+ years of relevant work experience, OR in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Master Data, Recipe creation/maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Substantial knowledge on database structures; ability to construct and control databases and exhibits strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Radiopharmaceutical and/or aseptic manufacturing experience a plus.
- Prior experience with translating data into visualizations via PowerBi, Qlik Sense or comparable applications preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarization with D365 / SAP / LIMS and other operations related systems is highly preferred.

Pay transparency statement: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $88,000 and $132,000 a year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23 fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
