Primary responsibility is warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, and inventory management including activities as receipt, stocking, replenishment etc.

• Coordination of shipping, receiving, storage and processing of goods. May include imports/exports.
• Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment such as forklift or pallet jack
• Inspect and verify material, labels, and documents for completeness and accuracy
• Transfer material to proper storage areas
• Work with maintenance staff scheduling preventive maintenance for the warehouse equipment
• Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork using SAP in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast changing work demand.
• Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the operation while maintaining a low level of quality mistakes
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly
• Assisting in the training of new warehouse employees

High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in a GMP environment; or college degree preferred.

Min. 2+ years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing in a regulated industry preferred.

Standing forklift and pallet jack experience preferred

Fluent in speaking / writing in English.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $21.10 and $35.53/hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
