About the role
Primary responsibility is warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, and inventory management including activities as receipt, stocking, replenishment etc.

- Coordination of shipping, receiving, storage and processing of goods. May include imports/exports.
- Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment such as forklift or pallet jack
- Inspect and verify material, labels, and documents for completeness and accuracy
- Transfer material to proper storage areas
- Work with maintenance staff scheduling preventive maintenance for the warehouse equipment
- Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork using SAP in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast changing work demand.
- Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the operation while maintaining a low level of quality mistakes
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly
- Assisting in the training of new warehouse employees
Role Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in a GMP environment; or college degree preferred.
Min. 2+ years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing in a regulated industry preferred.
Standing forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
Fluent in speaking / writing in English.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $21.10 and $35.53/hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
