Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Qualification(s):

· 6 months related clinical experience

· Current California State NP or PA License

· CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)

· Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)

· Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s

· Active DEA registration
