Assists and assumes responsibility for testing at plant level to evaluate test packaging and find solutions for new packaging requirements. Provides written results/presentations of said testing. Makes recommendations regarding potential cost savings, product improvements and assist in implementation of new packaging, processes, and protocols.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in packaging/technology and 3 years in packaging/technology or related field, or bachelor’s degree in Packaging/Technology or related field and 5 years of experience in packaging or a similar field, preferably in food manufacturing. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
