Information Security Architect

In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include:• Developping and executing the overall OT security operations strategy and roadmap in alignment with security and business objectives.• Leading and mentoring a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support in incident response, threat detection, and mitigation strategies.• Overseeing the implementation and management of security tools• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into development processes, infrastructure, and applications.• Conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.• Monitoring and analyzing security events and incidents, investigating root causes and implementing proactive measures to prevent recurrence.• Staying abreast of emerging security threats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to continuously enhance the company's security posture.• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and security standards.• Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders on security-related matters.Job Qualification:• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or technology field.• 5-7 years working in/for an IT/OT Security Program – preferably related to semiconductors and/or manufacturing facilities.• Demonstrated experience with offensive security methodologies and tools used in OT environments, including penetration testing, red teaming and vulnerability exploitation.• Proficiency using OT-specific security tools and frameworks such as SCADAfence, Nozomi Networks, and Dragos for threat detection and response in Industrial Control Systems (ICS).• Deep knowledge of ICS and SCADA systems, including their architectures, communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC), and security challenges• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the integration, and appropriate segmentation, of IT and OT networks ensuring seamless and secure data flow between business and operational systems.• Experience with the deployment and management of security measures in a manufacturing environment, including network segmentation, access controls, and endpoint security.• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to OT security, such as IEC 62443, NIST SP800-82, “Purdue Model”, and ISO/IEC 27001.• Lead and manage the work of other security engineers, consolidate efforts, build work plans, monitor performance, and communicate OT security status to executive leadership.• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OT security, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity technologies.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate complex security threats within OT environments.NXP Introduction:NXP Semiconductors N.V.
