Chief Development Officer

  • Knowledge of DevOps principles, practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes / EKS-based container orchestration, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive working environment.
  • Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working with or in Agile teams.
  • Experience in ERP and financially focused software a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM) is preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying streaming and event driven techniques.
  • Decision Making - you are not afraid to make a decision.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Languages – Fluent in both English and can communicate with PH based teams in both English and Filipino
  • Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working with or in Agile teams.
