As Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll play a product leadership role

We're seeking a passionate Salesforce developer who thrives on continuous improvement. You'll take ownership of our existing Salesforce architecture and codebase, which is the technological backbone of our company and crucial for future growth. Once familiar with our platform, you'll lead it through phases of enhanced user experience, improved stability, the creation of new user tiers and enhanced user experiences, and the integration of SaaS and AI capabilities.

We're looking for an excellent problem solver with a passion for Salesforce development who can take ownership of guiding our platform through its roadmap. This role has the potential for growth, with the possibility of managing your own team of developers in the future.

• Salesforce certifications Platform Developer I and II

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, HTML, CSS, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows, and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.

• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems, such as AWS, Xero, and other third-party applications.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security best practices, including data security, role-based access control, and field-level security.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
