Position Summary/Essential Duties:
 Manages office and/or front desk activities
 Facilitates department operations
 Organizes, monitors and maintains the purchasing practices for the department
 Coordinates and implements new processes and procedures
 Manages, maintains billing for the department
 Responsible for prioritizing, preparing, proofreading and distribution confidential correspondence in a timely manner
 Schedule group meetings and conferences in a timely and correct manner. Schedule and manage the Managers calendar.
 Act as liaison between the manager and the contracted agency and other vendors (if applicable).
 All other duties as assigned by manager


Qualifications

High School Equivalent / GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience & Knowledge:
 Minimum 2 years medical office experience.
 Office management and front office experience.
 Knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage and billing.
 Supervisory experience preferred.
 Medical record management.
