Office Manager & General Administrator

Salary Range $75,000 - $85,000

The People Operations Team at OneSignal is responsible for supporting our HQ in San Mateo. We believe in creating an excellent in-office experience for all employees whether they are here often or just visiting.

In a typical month, the Office Manager & General Admin might:

Be on site 3-4 days a week to assist with day-to-day office operations
Manage Office Access, Supplies and Meals for Employees
Support on site and employee IT needs
Be POC for Vendors, Janitorial, Security, and Deliveries
Triage mail and deliveries as needed
Provide on site support for Company Events, Allhands and Leadership Meetings
Manage Swag inventory for new hires
Manage weekly executive coordination tasks
Assist with Company Wide Offsite coordination

What you’ll bring:

1 year of office management/administrative experience
Strong communication, organization and time management skills
Adaptable, problem solver, multi-tasker
Passion for providing an excellent experience for employees
Proficiency with G-suite, especially calendar, docs and spreadsheets
General computer skills a plus!
