CLA is looking to hire an Office Operations Director to join our Internal Operations team in our Las Vegas, NV location. The Office Operations Director coordinates, directs and supervises office operations and administrative activities to achieve consistent and optimal utilization of team resources and workflow.
The position will ensure the location operates efficiently by leveraging consistent processes, practices, and resources not as individual components, but as a CLA Family.

Essential Skills & Qualities required to be successful for this role; leadership / planning and organization / effective communication / independent and self-starter / problem solving / time management.
An Office Operations Director will demonstrate the following Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership Insight required:
-
Provides internal operations leadership across an office or group of offices within a region
-
Accountable for implementation and coordination of all internal operations processes
-
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
-
Assigns duties and provides training for administrative positions
-
Implements standardized processes to improve efficiency of internal operations staff
-
Provides oversight of internal operations staff, resource allocation, time and performance management, career coaching, recruitment, and development
-
Partners with MPO, service, industry, and internal groups to implement firm-wide initiatives
-
Attends monthly firm-wide virtual Operation Directors meetings for regular updates
-
Other duties as assigned, etc.
Finance Knowledge and Skills required:
-
Assists Managing Principal in annual budgeting process and provides oversight of operating expenses and time entry
-
Works directly with Finance Coordinator to ensure billing is completed accurately and promptly
-
Responsibilities may include expense approval, reporting and analysis
-
Monitors and follows up on accounts receivable and WIP balances
-
Assists and ensures adherence to firm wide policy and goals
-
Assists office with analysis of appropriate staffing needs related to budget and growth projections
Job Minimum Requirements:
-
10 or more years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities

Professional services industry experience, a plus

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 11 years equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products is required
