The College of Arts & Sciences seeks an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Office Support Assistant III to provide essential office support for the Departments of Music and Art & Design. Requires strong interpersonal skills and a helpful, positive outlook on assisting faculty, staff, students and outside constituents.

Key Responsibilities
Position provides essential general/routine administrative and office support that include a broad range of duties:

M-F; 40 hrs/weekly
Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: 15.50 Hourly
Grade: GGS-005
University Title: Office Support Assistant III
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and some experience working in an office setting preferred, but not required.
