About the Role
Ogury are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager based in France to join our Platform Tools Team localised in France and Europe.
This opportunity is open to remote applicants based in France.
The Platform Tools organization at Ogury comprises 15-20 software engineers responsible for managing all web applications, including a campaign manager, a publisher administration module, and insights and reporting tools. The tribe’s mission is to modernize the suite of web tools developed over Ogury’s first decade, consolidating them into a single platform to enhance internal efficiency and make these tools accessible to external clients.

You’ll become an integral part of our Platform Tools Team, based in France, working with a diverse group of about 15-20 talented software engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the modernization of our web applications, ensuring we deliver top-notch tools for both internal teams and our external clients. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend a significant amount of time aligning and executing the product roadmap, nurturing and developing your team, and diving into hands-on technical work. You’ll make impactful decisions about hiring and team development, collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to ensure that projects meet their timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
