Job Description

As a student intern with our service desk team, you’ll assist with performing routine service desk assignments according to established guidelines which may include services related to user set up, technology assistance, and/or hardware and software installation. Other responsibilities include answering service desk phone calls, configuring new employee computers and replacement computers for existing employees, assisting with maintaining records of employee hardware and software, and logging all communication regarding diagnosed and resolved issues.

We are looking for a student intern to start this summer and continue working during the school year out of either our Overland Park, KS; Fayetteville, AR; Lincoln, NE; or Omaha, NE office.

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s in computer information systems, computer science, or other related field is preferred
  • Ability to adhere to the firm’s IT security policy and follow established procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work part-time hours in the office during the school year
