About the Role:

As a Content Writer at Omilia, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling, insightful, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including heads of IT, contact center leaders, and customer experience executives at enterprise organizations. Working closely with the CMO, Product Marketing Director, and Product Managers, you’ll create high-value content that demonstrates our expertise in the Conversational AI market and highlights the unique capabilities of our platform. Your work will be instrumental in positioning Omilia as a thought leader in the Conversational AI space and driving engagement across our target industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Produce a variety of on-brand, on-message content types, including blog posts, research articles, eBooks, whitepapers, guides, website copy, and webinar materials, tailored to our target audience.
  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce insightful and educational content that positions Omilia as a thought leader in Conversational AI.
  • Technical Translation: Collaborate with product managers to distill complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content that highlights the benefits of Omilia's solutions.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the CMO and Product Marketing Director to align content initiatives with branding, messaging, and marketing strategies, and business objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform content strategy and development and to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Audience Focus: Create content tailored to engage enterprise-level buyers in roles such as IT leaders, contact center executives, and customer service heads across key verticals such as banking, insurance, utilities, retail, automotive, travel, hospitality, and manufacturing.
  • SEO & Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with best practices to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Campaign Support: Partner with the marketing team to align content strategies with demand-generation campaigns and sales engagement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing Director and Product Managers to translate technical product features into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in content writing, preferably within a SaaS, B2B technology, or Conversational AI company.
  • Technical Acumen & Proficiency: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts related to Conversational AI and contact center automation.
  • Audience Understanding: Proven experience creating content for enterprise-level buyers and decision-makers in industries such as banking, insurance, utilities, retail, and manufacturing.
  • Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated experience working with senior marketing leaders and product teams to develop strategic content.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of B2B content assets.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with inbound marketing, content marketing best practices, and buyer journey frameworks.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
