In this exciting role, you'll become an integral part of our ICT Department, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the first line of support for our end-users, handling various hardware and software issues that arise. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring our network and system status using advanced tools, providing top-notch troubleshooting, and making sure to escalate any complex issues when necessary. You’ll also manage requests through our Helpdesk Portal and liaise with hardware suppliers to streamline our IT procurement. We value individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to learn, so if you have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with solid knowledge of Windows systems and Office 365, we’d love to talk to you! Your analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team will ensure you excel in this position and contribute to our innovative environment at TERNA ENERGY.
