Role Overview: OMRON is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and take our digital presence to the next level. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this key role will be responsible for developing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Digital Strategies:
· Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
· Drive performance across all digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising and retargeting.
· Optimizing the company’s e-store by increasing traffic, conversion rates, and enhancing online sales through better user experience and promotions.
2. Lead Content Creation and Campaigns:
· Lead content marketing initiatives such as social media, webinars, whitepapers and videos to generate leads and boost engagement.
· Manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including targeted email marketing to boost e-store activity, generate leads, enhance customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product) to ensure marketing efforts support product launches and promotions, driving measurable results.
3. Optimize Performance and Cross-functional Collaborations:
· Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead conversions, and e-store sales, using insights to optimize campaigns.
· Stay updated on industry trends and new digital marketing tools to keep the company competitive and relevant.
· Manage digital marketing budgets and work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution across all digital platforms and maximise the return on investment
4. Any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
