SUMMARY
As IntelyCare’s Onboarding Coordinator you’ll organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding procedures for new hires. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling first days.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with multiple departments to create seamless transitions within the Onboarding process
- Support the Onboarding Specialist by completing essential administrative tasks, monitoring respective sales funnels and executing on communication campaigns
- Assist in answering user questions regarding their onboarding process
- Cultivate a high touch and inclusive onboarding experience that engages new hires and acclimates them to our core values and processes
Who You Are
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is imperative
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service focus and ability to deliver responses based on customer needs
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with analytics and online advertising, and proven success in the creation of marketing campaigns
