YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

Onboarding Liaison Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of AMP digital products and further customer enthusiasm by re-selling the value of AMP digital advertising solutions.

· OPTIMA™ Onboarding Responsibilities

o Initiate an outreach call to new OPTIMA™ customers on day 3 of their new program purchase to welcome them to AMP and set proper expectations around program deliverables and the timing of those deliverables.

o Provide information and make changes regarding the customer’s Data Proof and Recommendation Cards.

o Provide information regarding leads and digital review links.

o Initiate a call to new OPTIMA™ customers on day 20 of their program to acquire any feedback about their experience and fulfill any Testimonial Page customizations.

o Adjust colors, drop down options, adding documents and photos, organizing and renaming the navigation tabs featured on the testimonial page.

o Review imagery with the customer ensuring focus on obtaining unique and authentic images of a customer’s business and make any requested updates to the customer’s testimonial page.

o Act as a liaison for the customer and our verification team if communication is still needed to be able to finish verifying their purchased sites.

o Assist with providing additional communication if the customer’s program is not fulfilled by day 60 since original purchase.

  • GSV Onboarding Responsibilities Initiate notification calls to GSV customers advising them that their tour is live

Provide answers to any questions.

  • Other Responsibilities Provide Onboarding support on any other AMP digital product lines launched in the future.

Capture positive customer feedback through a structured review process.
Initiate courtesy calls to customers in regard to ad proofs, proof authorizations and other matters.

  • All other assigned duties.

Core Competencies and/or Experience:

  • Positive, enthusiastic and service-oriented approach to customer interactions required.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls and emails in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution and objection handling skills.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Willingness to work both independently and in a team environment.

Educational Requirements:

Four-year college degree preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
