Collections Specialist
OneTrust is a market leader in data and AI security, seeking a Collections Specialist to maximize the recovery of past due receivables within their Finance organization.

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work well with teams and clients
Responsibilities
- Oversee domestic and international accounts
- Quickly address invoice discrepancies and payment disputes
- Record all collection activities in the ERP system
- Proactively identify payment issues and resolve them
- Verify and update accounts payable contacts
- Participate in portfolio reviews with the AR Manager
Education
- Related Bachelor's Degree preferred
