Director, Labor & Employment Counsel, Americas
OneTrust is seeking a Director, Labor & Employment Counsel for the Americas region to provide advice and counseling on a broad spectrum of employment law issues and support company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Provide advice and counseling on various employment law issues
- Evaluate, iterate, and scale employment practices and policies
- Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements
- Handle employment-related disputes
- Conduct audits, classification reviews, and support compliance efforts
- Develop and conduct training and education programs
- Provide advice to key business partners on company-wide initiatives
Education
- Member of a US state bar in good standing (California or New York preferred)
