Take support cases from the Level 2 or 3 support queue and resolve issues.
Manage a varied workload of customer support cases.
Collaborate with product teams to troubleshoot issues.
Maintain knowledge of the OneTrust platform.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge articles.
Education
Degree or higher education qualification or 1-5 years' experience in similar role
