Support Analyst

OneTrust is seeking a Support Analyst to provide ongoing product support and troubleshooting for complex customer issues. The ideal candidate should be outgoing and excellent in communication, equipped with advanced troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take support cases from the Level 2 or 3 support queue and resolve issues.
  • Manage a varied workload of customer support cases.
  • Collaborate with product teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of the OneTrust platform.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge articles.

Education

  • Degree or higher education qualification or 1-5 years' experience in similar role
