Part-time Graphic Designer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands.We’re looking to hire a part-time Graphic Designer to join our higher education client’s Marcom and Integrated Campaigns team and provide design and production support. This role will involve working on various projects with tight deadlines, primarily customizing existing flyers.This is a part-time (20 hours/week) project opportunity through mid-December 2024 with the potential to extend— a remote role. Candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis and located in the U.S. No C2C, 1099 or 3rd party candidates will be considered.Pay: $35-40/hrApplication deadline: 9/11/24Graphic Designer Responsibilities:• Develop new templates following accessibility best practices• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and both print and digital graphics• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders• Maintain a well-organized workflow and project queue• Create new designs with diverse visual concepts• Apply and maintain consistency with visual brand guidelines• Uphold brand standards with accuracy and consistencyGraphic Designer Requirements:• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design and production experience• Strong skills in layout and typography• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, sometimes within 24 hours• Advanced design aesthetic and creative problem-solving skills• Capable of working independently and within a team• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Open to receiving and incorporating feedback• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and styles• Experience in the Education industry is preferred• Asana experience is a plus• Portfolio link or samples of work with your resumePerks & Benefits:• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Life Insurance• 401k Program• Commuter Benefit• eLearning• Education Reimbursement• Ongoing Training & Development• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.To be considered for this Graphic Designer opportunity, apply now!
