Marketing Executive

  • Work closely with Head of Marketing.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plan aligned with goals of marketing team and revenue generation.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and deliver impactful results.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client (B2C) preferences. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, tech and product, and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports. Use findings to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Work closely and be a contact person with external party, including but not limited to service providers, KOLs and ooca’s Friends.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and communication strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have experience at least 2 years in a marketing executive or senior marketing role, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
  • Have experience in event management will be advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivate and able to work effectively without constant direction.
  • In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to CRM, analytics, and social media management.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
