ขั้นตอนการสมัครเป็นผู้ให้คำปรึกษา กับ อูก้า
1. ตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดและส่งแบบฟอร์ม
คุณต้องเป็นจิตแพทย์หรือนักจิตวิทยาที่มีใบอนุญาตหรือได้รับการรับรอง และยินยอมให้ทาง อูก้าตรวจสอบประวัติ โดยต้องมีคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นดังนี้
- มีใบอนุญาตหรือได้รับการรับรองในไทยหรือจากต่างประเทศ
(เฉพาะนักจิตวิทยาคลินิกและจิตแพทย์)
- มีประสบการณ์การให้คำปรึกษาหรือผ่านการรับรอง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 600 ชั่วโมง
2. รอการพิจารณา
หลังกรอกแบบฟอร์มสมัครและส่งใบสมัครเป็นผู้ให้คำปรึกษาของอูก้า เราจะติดต่อคุณกลับเพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม
* กระบวนการพิจารณาจะใช้เวลา 5-7 วันทำการ
3. เอกสารที่ต้องแนบในการสมัครเบื้องต้น
- ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ (หากเป็นจิตแพทย์และนักจิตวิทยาคลินิก)
- ใบรับรองความสามารถทางภาษา ( หากมี )
- Resume หรือ CV
- เอกสารสรุปชั่วโมงประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการให้คำปรึกษา ว่าเคยทำมาที่ใดมาบ้าง ที่ละเฉลี่ยกี่ชั่วโมง
