4+ years in-house technical recruiting experience
Deep subject matter expertise in technical recruiting in the blockchain space
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple competing demands independently
Proven track record of building strategies for inclusive & diverse candidate pools

Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring partners to understand needs and identify the right talent
Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Track goals and metrics while partnering closely with hiring partners as a subject matter expert
Engage passive candidates and provide detailed information on position requirements and mission
