Who We Are Looking For:

This role will require someone who has:

  • BA/BS degree in technical, business, or other related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience managing projects and coordinating teams
  • Have excellent verbal / interpersonal and written communication skills, are a quick learner, are dynamic, and are customer-oriented
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (eg. pivot tables and graphs), Salesforce, and familiar with Google Drive and JIRA
  • Understanding of digital media ecosystem terminology and ad operations tools and practices (eg. campaign optimization, javascript, tagging, cookie, macros, and platforms)
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup environment
  • Ability to maintain poise under stress, especially when resolving time-sensitive issues
  • Data-driven, analytical, and process-oriented
  • PMP certification, preferred
  • Technical consulting and client management experience, preferred
  • Ability to handle several multi-faceted projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech industry
  • Be result-oriented and have good diagnostic skills
  • Enjoy solving problems as part of a collaborative team, while also thriving in your personal resourcefulness and self-starter abilities

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Handle CRM administrative functions including account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Become a champion for the data that lives within our CRM - ensuring that our sales and CS teams are entering information correctly, updating as needed, and that the Sales handoff to CS and Solutions Engineering is accurate
  • Assist with onboarding new CS, Sales, and Solutions Engineering hires (scheduling the first weeks of learnings, acclimation with company business tools, ensuring their knowledge around our tech stack and innovative industry leading product)
  • Curate surveys so that we are constantly improving processes and relieving CS and Sales of administrative tasks wherever possible
  • Track client renewals, dates, and relevant contract details as they pertain to our subscription products
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, QBRs, partnership reviews, and events
  • Assist with client communications, updating presentation decks, and other special projects
  • Act as a liaison between the CS team and other departments to achieve success
  • Join meetings to take notes and clarify internal next steps, when required
  • Act as support on executing partnerships as needed
  • Other responsibilities as needed
